Not Praying
Not praying is denying the unity of God within you as part of a whole, because as you pray, you move in the assurance of the Spirit of God before you in prayers.

Prayer Forgiveness
Forgiveness Prayer is an important part of comming to the Lord in Prayer.
A heart heavy with unforgiveness will not help your own prayer, if you are seeking forgiveness from God.
First, you have to be willing to forgive and let go of the negative emotions that weigh you down, and then with an open heart you can seek God's forgiveness in Prayers.
Psalm 103: 1-3
"Praise the Lord , O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
Praise the Lord , O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your sins".

Praying Jesus - Praying Power

In another chapter in Joel it also confirms that God is always there to give you plenty, you just need to ask:
"And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied" (Joel 2:26).
