Pray My - A Prayer for Forgiveness
Praying for forgiveness can either be for God to forgive you, you to forgive another or it may be just for you to develop a spirit of forgivness.
Some people find it hard to forgive and yet they go to God in prayers asking to be forgiven.
Now, if you don't forgive easily, and find it hard to forgive another, before asking God's forgivenss, first go and clean your own heart and forgive, if you are bearing a heavy heart.
When you begin to do this, you will see the manifestation in the spirit of life as you move on in your life
Forgivess is Key and need to be from the heart.
So, ask God to help you develop the spirit of forgivenss and so you gradually begin to do it easily and effortlessly.

Power of Praying Through The Bible
The statement of our Lord about faith and prayer is of supreme importance. Faith must be definite, specific; an unqualified, unmistakable request for the things asked for.
It is not to be a vague, indefinite, shadowy thing; it must be something more than an abstract belief in God's willingness and ability to do for us.
It is to be a definite, specific, asking for, and expecting the things or which we ask. Note the reading of Mark 11:23:
"And shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith
shall come to pass; he shall have whatever he saith."

Prayer for Depression
Prayer for deprsiion is a healing prayer, and like any other illness, understand that the love of God does not want you to suffer any pain or illness, therefore it's absolutely vital in faith that all thought and fear including deprssion be banished through your ongoing prayers.

Why are you downcast, O my soul?

Not Praying
Not praying is denying the unity of God within you as part of a whole, because as you pray, you move in the assurance of the Spirit of God before you in prayers.

"Give thanks to the Lord , for he is good; his love endures forever. Let the redeemed of the Lord say this. Some wandered in desert wastelands, finding no way to a city where they could settle. They were hungry and thirsty, and their lives ebbed away. Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress."
